At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, our marketing team books the appointments. You show up, serve, and close. No cold calling. No door knocking. No buying internet leads. Agents: if you're licensed (or working on it), keep reading.
What day one looks like:
- Pre-booked buyer and seller appointments, as many as you can handle.
- Commission checks above the industry average$100,000 first-full-year income - hit the activity standards, and if you fall short of $100,000, we pay the difference (terms provided in writing)

Compensation: $100,000
Responsibilities:- Run the pre-booked buyer and seller appointments we set for you
- Present and close using our scripts, presentations and listing system
- Guide clients from contract to closing with steady communication
- Attend weekly team training, coaching and role-play
- Keep your CRM notes and pipeline current
- Represent the brand with integrity
Qualifications
Required:- Active SC real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
- Self-motivated and driven
- Coachable - willing to follow a proven system
- Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help clients
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Preferred (Not Required):Previous real estate sales experience at any level
- Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or any client-facing role
- Familiarity with the SC market
- Track record of following through on commitments
