Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Regular Schedule: MondayFriday

Shift Hours: 6:30 AM3:00 PM (8-hour shifts) Call Requirements Call primarily based in Clare No OB call 1-hour response time required for Clare Call Rotation: 1:3 12 holidays per year

Weeknight Call: Until 11:00 PM

Weekend Call: 7:00 AM11:00 PM Practice Setting Independent CRNA model 8090% Outpatient / 1020% Inpatient

EMR: Epic Case Mix & Procedures Scopes / GI (GI cases at Gladwin only) Bread-and-butter general anesthesia cases Laparoscopic abdominal procedures Ophthalmology (Cataracts) Podiatry (4 days per month) Orthopedics ( day per month; includes blocks) Vascular (occasionally, approx. 1 day per month) Cardiology (TEEs, Cardioversions) General anesthetics, MAC cases Regional anesthesia (blocks optional; support available if refresher needed) Ward & Emergency Department support (IV access, airway management, anesthesia expertise)

Requirements: Active Michigan license ACLS PALS BLS Experience practicing independently preferred Clare, Gladwin, and West Branch offer a welcoming small-town atmosphere with access to lakes, outdoor recreation, and a relaxed pace of life.
