The Role:
We are hiring a Compliance and Onboarding professional in the West Palm Beach area. This person will be a registered individual with the firm and will own compliance and onboarding day to day.
Responsibilities:
Support the firm's National Futures Association registration and ongoing regulatory obligationsBuild and maintain compliance policies and procedures, including Anti Money Laundering and Know Your CustomerManage onboarding with trading venues, custodians, and banking partnersOnboard investors and trading clients, including account documentation and verificationMonitor trading activity and escalate issuesMaintain regulatory filings, records, and audit readinessServe as the point of contact with regulators and counterparties on compliance mattersRequirementsActive Series 3 licenseClean background: no regulatory disciplinary history,
