Senior Principal Turbine Design Engineer (Hybrid)

RTX is seeking a Principal Technical Leader for Turbine module design and sustainment in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. You will lead complex mechanical engineering challenges, guide outsourcing activities, and ensure robust system-level solutions while collaborating with CTS, MRO-E, and field teams. You will mentor junior engineers, drive continuous improvement, and support manufacturing and quality in resolving production issues, with travel up to 10% and English communication required for customer
