At least 4 years of experience in plant health care, lawn care, arboriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or turf management Strong understanding of tree, shrub, plant, turf, pest, and disease identification Hands on experience applying fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, weed control products, insect control products, and lawn treatments Ability to independently diagnose health concerns affecting plants, trees, shrubs, and turf New Jersey Pesticide Applicator License preferred, including Core and applicable categories such as 3A, 3B, or 8BWillingness to obtain required licensing with company support if not currently licensed Valid driver's license Comfortable performing outdoor work in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate and maintain application equipment and company vehicles Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Detail oriented approach with a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance Previous experience servicing high end residential properties is preferred Education in horticulture, arboriculture, turf management, or a related field is a plusISA credentials are a plus Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials while navigating uneven terrain Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to contributing to a professional team The Todd Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
