As a Senior Consultant - Retirement & Pension, the hybrid role will lead and deliver consulting engagements for retirement and pension clients, focusing on business transformation, client relationship management, and team development.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and deliver retirement and pension consulting engagements by assessing client maturity and transforming business models
Partner with client and Cognizant leadership to plan, scope, and execute value-added consulting projects
Coach and develop consulting teams while ensuring quality and consistency of client deliverablesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Approximately 5 years of experience in the retirement and pension industry
Hands-on experience with retirement and pension offerings such as defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB)
Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and translate objectives into executable tasks
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
