APPLY TODAY, WORK TOMORROW, GET PAID WEEKLY!Ascend Staffing is hiring a dependable and motivated Shavings Baler Operator / Production Worker for a manufacturing facility in Shelton, WA.If you enjoy hands-on work, working with machinery, and having a 3-day weekend, this could be a great opportunity for you!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: As a Shavings Baler Operator, you will help operate packaging and baling equipment used to process wood products. Your duties may include: Operating and assisting with packaging and baling equipment Placing bags and removing finished bales from equipment Recording bale weights and daily production activity Performing routine equipment maintenance Completing equipment setups and adjustments Troubleshooting basic equipment issues Performing basic forklift duties as needed Maintaining a clean and safe work area Following all company safety proceduresWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORManufacturing or production experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to perform basic math calculations Good hand, eye, and foot coordination Ability to stay focused while working around production equipment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus, but training/certification may be available High school diploma or GED preferred Dependable attendance and reliable transportationSHIFT & PAYMondayThursday4:00 PM2:30 AM$18.00 per hour Work four days and enjoy a 3-day weekend!
