What: Key Responsibilities CLIENT LEADERSHIP & GROWTH Oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring business objectives are met Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing client relationships Build strong, trusted partnerships through proactive client engagement Pitch and present confidently, articulating ideas with impact Drive and manage cross service integration with portfolio of clients across all service offerings (i.e. Loyalty, Incentives, Promotions, Merchandise) STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION Develop and implement strategic account plans to align with client needs and business goals Ensure the successful delivery of marketing, loyalty, and promotional campaigns Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance service offerings FINANCIAL & COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT Manage budgets, ensuring financial performance and revenue targets are met Provide forecasting and reporting insights to drive data-led decision-making Support financial planning and resource allocation to maximize profitability PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & RESPONSIBIITIES Strategic Focus: Align the team’s efforts with business priorities to drive results.
