Madison Hunt is partnering with a New York-based investment bank providing strategic advisory and capital markets services, with a particular focus on the energy transition and sustainability sectors. The firm advises clients across M&A, private capital raising, and other strategic transactions. They are currently seeking an Associate to join its New York team. The Associate will focus primarily on M&A and capital raising across power, renewables, and energy transition, with significant exposure to asset-level transactions as well as corporate advisory. Current and recent mandates include renewable asset sell-sides, capital raises for renewable and power developers, structured equity transactions, and opportunities involving conventional power assets.
