Key responsibilities:
Drives team performance to meet daily production and quality targets
Escalates issues and workflow blockers to the Operations Manager for resolution
Tracks daily team productivity and provides real-time coaching and feedback to team membersRequired qualificationsCompleted 6 months of good performance standing in the current role as a CP or FN
Previous leadership experience is a plus
