As a Product Design Engineer on the Softgoods team, you will craft textiles, foams, and elastomers that turn NEO into a welcoming family member, guiding parts from sketch to scalable production with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will collaborate with designers, materials scientists, and manufacturing engineers to deliver premium touch and durable performance, while driving manufacturability and cost targets across production runs.
