Job TitleMulti-Craft Technician The Multi-Craft Technician plays a key role in the daily production. This hands-on position requires strong technical aptitude, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The technician is expected to support all stages of the assembly process, maintain operational standards, and contribute to efficient production flow. There will be orientation training on all ISO certifications. This position is Sat and Sun, 7pm- 7:30am.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED required
- Coursework or certification in manufacturing or technical trades preferred1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret job detail sheets, manuals, and basic technical documents
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to meet cycle times and production targets
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Basic mechanical knowledge for operating and adjusting machinery
- Ability to perform operator-level preventive maintenance
- Capable of completing machine or workstation changeovers efficiently
- Ability to compile written documentation and complete production logs

Key Responsibilities:- Perform a wide range of assembly operations across multiple workstations
- Become certified in all assembly and packaging roles (Levels I – IV)
- Follow and promote safety practices, including safe lifting and equipment operation
- Inspect and maintain product quality in accordance with company standards
- Apply 5S practices and seek out opportunities for process improvements
- Support cross-functional teamwork and assist team members in daily tasks
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer activities
- Rotate between job assignments as needed to support production goals
