As a Machine Operator, you will run bindery equipment to produce high-quality commercial print materials for a fast-growing, 100% employee-owned printing company. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
- Pay of $18.50/hr + $2.50/hr night shift differential
- Rotating 12-hour shifts | 6:00 PM 6:00 AM | 3-days-on - 4-days-off schedule

What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma, GED, OR equivalent work experience 25 years of manufacturing experience2-year technical or trade school diploma - preferred 3+ years operating bindery, cutting, folding, or booklet-making machinery - preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time and perform long hours of work operating equipment.
- Apply manual dexterity and visual acuity for cutting equipment and computer keyboarding use and to review detailed reports, instructions, print materials, and information.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Operate bindery machines such as perfect binders, stitchers, folders, and cutters
- Run high-quality commercial print jobs from start to finish
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain production standards
- Perform routine maintenance and quality checks
- Follow safety and company procedures consistently
- Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by management
