Digital Application Manager Alliance Automotive Group, European leader in the market of original spare parts for vehicles, brings together thousands of independent repairers who benefit from the purchasing power of a strong organization. Following an internal mobility, we are looking for a Digital Application Manager for our headquarters based in Levallois-Perret, reporting to our Director of Digital and Data. The role focuses on two main areas: Providing level 3 support and managing the related TMA Managing digital projects (to be defined according to Group priority)
Main responsibilities:- Being the IT reference for the Digital applicatifs (Run)
- Following up incidents, support requests, and small evolutions Organizing with the publisher the treatment of non-blocking incidents in versions Improving support management (setting up procedures) Keeping the documentation base up to date
- Digital Projects Management
Understanding, challenging, and centralizing business needs for France Managing projects according to the IS project methodology (phases, milestones...) and ensuring the implementation of standard project documentation (CDC, Technical and Functional Specifications, CDR...) Piloting and measuring the state of progress (creating dashboards, choosing indicators, planning steering committees, ) Organizing and leading internal France project committees. Reporting on project progress and raising alerts Supervising and coordinating the work of all internal and/or external actors. Organizing and following project acceptances Following production and deployment
Profile: Bac+5 education, at least 7 years of experience Experience in RUN/BUILD management; ideally on e-commerce or CRM applicatifs. Good knowledge in application development. Experience in project management, technical and functional analysis, in IT management (ITIL) Independent and rigorous, sense of service, taste for challenge Leadership, good aptitude for collaboration and communication (verbal and written) Fluent English
