Role: Lead restaurant operations and drive the strategy and performance of a key business function. Program Length: 2.5 YearsThis isn’t just a job. It’s a 2.5-year career launchpad. What You’ll Do:
  • You’ll take ownership of one key business area and lead strategy and performance: Talent | Operations | Marketing
  • Your week looks like: Leading a team of 60+ people
  • Hands-on restaurant operations (35–40 hrs/week)
  • Strategic work on your department (5–10 hrs/week)
  • Solving problems, building systems, and leveling up the business
  • Collaborating with other leaders on big goals
  • Tracking expenses, growing profits
  • Developing the next generation of leaders

Perks & Pay: Total compensation estimated at $70K. Starting at $28.50/hr up to 45 hrs/week.
