This is a true hunter role focused on developing new business, expanding market share, and building long-term customer relationships through consistent field activity. If you're someone who thrives on prospecting, enjoys spending your day in front of customers, and has a passion for winning new business, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career selling premium capital equipment backed by a strong support team.
Position Summary:

Success requires persistence, strong territory management, and the ability to build trust with customers over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Spend the majority of your time in the field prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
Build a consistent pipeline through cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and job-site visits.
Identify and engage decision-makers within construction, earthmoving, agriculture, industrial, and commercial businesses.
Conduct onsite customer visits to evaluate equipment needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Manage complex sales opportunities from initial prospecting through closing and delivery.
Develop strategic territory plans designed to maximize market penetration and new account acquisition.
Utilize market intelligence, construction activity, and available planning data to identify new sales opportunities.
Partner with internal sales, service, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts.
Consistently meet or exceed new business, revenue, and territory growth objectives.
Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on prospecting and new account acquisition.
- Direct experience selling heavy construction, earthmoving, agricultural, or other capital equipment is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with closely related industrial or capital equipment sales experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and high-value transactions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent territory management and organizational abilities.
