Registered Nurse

Saline Health System in Benton, Arkansas is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient status across a variety of medical conditions. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide clear patient and family education, and document care in our EHR system. Provide direct patient care including assessments, vitals monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of patient status Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely and accurately Document care, assessments, and outcomes in the EHR according to policy and regulations Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate high-quality care Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to care improvement initiatives Patient assessment IV therapy and medication administration Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Care planning and coordination Wound care Vital signs monitoring Patient and family education Infection control practices Clinical triage and prioritization Interdisciplinary team collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active RN license in Arkansas BLS certification ACLS preferred PALS or TNCC a plus
