Job Description
Requirements:- WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
- Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
- REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Associate's degree or certificate in Computer-Aided Drafting, Mechanical Design, or a related technical field. Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience.
- Communication skills to interact with multiple departments. Ability to effectively communicate design instruction and concept. Detail oriented to accurately capture and display important information.
- Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing facility, with a track record of successful interdepartmental collaboration.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
JOB DETAILS: Type: Hourly
Compensation Range: $25.00 - $32.00
Reports To: Engineering Supervisor
Shift: 1st shift - 5 days a week
