APPLY NOWFleet Manager | Raleigh, NCOur client is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee corporate vehicle operations, driver support, vendor management, and fleet-related programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily fleet operations, including vehicle leasing, maintenance, repairs, fuel programs, insurance, and replacements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding fleet-related needs.
Partner with vendors to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency.
Track fleet metrics, budgets, vehicle utilization, and reporting requirements.
Support safety initiatives, driver training programs, and compliance efforts.
Help drive sustainability and fleet modernization initiatives, including EV and green mobility strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of fleet management experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with fleet reporting, budgeting, and operational planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
