Role:
Lead project management for large-scale capital asset deliveries within Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery organization, focusing on medical innovation infrastructure.
Responsibilities oversee delivery of projects ≥$50M
manage cross-functional teams including external contractors
ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence
facilitate communication with stakeholders across regions
develop safety/environmental plans
and ensure compliance with policies
Requirements Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
5+ years experience in industrial or manufacturing capital projects
willingness to travel and relocate
authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred project experience >$10M
greenfield project management
pharma manufacturing background (e.g., sterile, API, device)
PMP or PE certification
experience in GMP environments
proficiency in foreign languages
