This role is responsible for driving business development, managing operations, and delivering high-quality BAS and indoor air quality (IAQ) solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentDrive revenue growth in BAS, controls upgrades, and IAQ solutionsDevelop new client relationships across commercial, healthcare, and institutional marketsLead sales efforts and proposals, including VisionAIR PerformanceBuild and maintain a strong project and service pipelineOperations & LeadershipOversee project execution, scheduling, and commissioningEnsure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standardsManage field technicians and installation teamsManage service contracts and support team developmentProduct IntegrationSupport deployment of VisionAIR systems with internal teamsAssist with BAS integration, sensors, and analytics platformsProvide field feedback to improve solutions and expand market useQualifications 5+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or controlsProven success in technical sales or business developmentStrong expertise with Honeywell / Tridium Niagara (Niagara 4, JACE) Experience managing technical teamsSolid HVAC and building systems knowledgeStrong communication and project management skills
