Comprehensive Ophthalmologist Opportunity | Refractive & Premium Cataract FocusThe Eye Center is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist with an interest in refractive surgery and premium IOLs to join our well-established, patient-centered vision practice in Fayetteville, Arkansas, one of the fastest-growing and most desirable communities in the nation located in beautiful Northwest Arkansas. You will work alongside a collaborative team of two ophthalmologists and five optometrists while assuming the clinical and surgical volume of a highly respected ophthalmologist who plans to retire within the next couple of years. As their schedule transitions to yours, you will benefit from a direct transfer of an established patient base and referral network, creating an ideal pathway for long-term growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established surgical practice with a clear succession plan and ability to build a practice based on your own practice goals: whether that is running a high production, financially lucrative high case load practice, or if your goals are maximizing work-life balance with the ability to support you taking long vacations through the year: we have built a practice that can sustain either goal and have the history to show we can do it successfully both ways as we have done in the past with our surgeons. We want to develop a model for long term success and happiness and will base it on your own personal goals and vision, or stage of life. Why This Opportunity?
