Butcher - Ennis TX$15-18/hour depending on experience. Weekly pay for 40+ hours weekly - 1st shift Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm. Occasional Saturdays. Meat warehouse looking for: Must have knife skills (deboning) or butcher experience. Meat cutting experience a must Butcher skills will be tested on the first day of hire (a working interview) and a determination to keep/release will be made then. Cold/wet environment must be able to work in 35 degrees all day. Heavy lifting required and able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis. Must be bilingual - Spanish Men - preferred Background friendly
