All newly hired Weekend Advantage Crew members will begin on 1st Shift to complete a structured training and certification program. During this paid training period, you will learn your role, safety procedures, quality standards, and equipment operation alongside experienced team members. Once training is successfully completed and you are certified in your assigned position, you will transition to the Weekend Advantage Crew schedule.
What You'll Do:- As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality components used in transportation, agriculture, construction, and industrial applications.
- Operating manufacturing machinery and automated equipment
- Performing machine setup and adjustments
- Conducting quality inspections
- Recording production data and documentation
- Monitoring equipment performance
- Identifying and reporting production issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:- RequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum one year of manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable work history and attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- PreferredMechanical aptitude
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience reading work instructions, routers, or BOMsDesire to learn and grow within a manufacturing career
Physical Requirements:- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
