Job Description: Sanitation Associates
Pay: $17.00 per hour - 19.50 per hour

First 10 hours each shift are paid at your regular hourly rate. Last 1.5 hours of each shift are paid at time and a half. Additional overtime is paid after 40 hours worked in the workweek, allowing you to maximize your weekly earnings.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Clean and sanitize food production equipment and work areas
- Wash pots, pans, trays, buckets, and production tools
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning
- Sweep, mop, and maintain clean production floors
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Safely use approved cleaning chemicals
- Remove waste and maintain a clean production environment
- Work with the production team to help ensure safe, high-quality food manufacturing
What We're Looking For:
- No experience required—we will train the right candidate
- Dependable with good attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Team player with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to work the scheduled 12-hour day shifts
- Must have reliable transportation to work
