Head of Reinsurance - Healthcare & Value-Based Care

Role requirements: Experience across healthcare reinsurance and medical stop-loss, including capital-motivated reinsurance solutions Strong Value-Based Care and ACO experience, with exposure to emerging models such as LEAD highly desirable Proven ability to originate new business and develop relationships with ACOs and other risk-bearing healthcare organizations Strong relationships across reinsurers, carriers and underwriting partners Experience structuring complex insurance and reinsurance transactions This is a senior, highly impactfulCEO-facing opportunity to build a reinsurance business from the ground up, with the autonomy to shape strategy, develop new solutions and build out the platform as it scales.
