Lakeside seeks a Director of Religious Life & Pastoral Care to provide spiritual leadership for staff, residents, and guests, and to oversee all religious programming in cooperation with Lakeside United Methodist Church and partnering organizations.
The role includes securing preachers, planning weekly worship, mentoring staff, and developing devotional resources. Full-time in summer with shoulder-season hours, year-round exempt status.
