To enhance patient medication adherence, the part-time Patient Medication Liaison will manage prescription synchronization, coordinate refills, and foster communication between patients and healthcare providers while working remotely with occasional onsite training and meetings in Columbia, Missouri.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct prospective medication prior authorization services to improve clinic workflow and patient experience
Coordinate refill and prescription renewal requests while managing reimbursement issues
Facilitate communication and relationships among clinics, hospitals, patients, and pharmaciesRequired qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent education and experience
Application for Pharmacy Technician licensure by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy required prior to hire
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required within one year of employment
