About the Internship As PB414 transitions to a centralized processing model for our thrift operations, we're creating new systems for how community donations are received, processed, organized, and distributed to our stores. As a Centralized Processing & Operations Intern, you'll work directly alongside our Processing Manager and team to learn the operation firsthand while gaining hands-on experience in apparel merchandising, product curation, inventory management, and retail operations. You won't spend the semester working on a project in isolation. You'll be part of the processing team, building relationships and learning how merchandise moves from donation to the retail floor. As you gain experience, you'll have increasing opportunities to contribute ideas, identify something within the operation that sparks your curiosity or could be done better, and take ownership of a project that could help shape the future of centralized processing. This is an opportunity to learn by doing, identify problems, test ideas, and help build something that doesn't fully exist yet, while leaving behind something that can continue to benefit Purpose Brands 414 after your internship ends.
