Assembler Job Description:
As an Assembler, you will be involved in a wide variety of production tasks including hand-crafting custom in-ear monitors, filling and packaging silicone impression materials, and other production duties that support making our range of products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, dexterity, and a passion for audio excellence.
Assembler Job Responsibilities:- Carefully assemble IEM components by hand, including drivers, receivers, filters, and cables, ensuring precise placement and alignment
- Perform delicate soldering tasks to connect wires and components, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability
- Conduct thorough quality control checks at each stage of assembly to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies
- Work with custom ear impressions and specifications to create IEMs that perfectly fit the customer's ear canal
- Apply finishing touches, such as polishing, labeling, and packaging, to prepare the IEMs for delivery
- Dispense bulk impression and hearing protection materials into cartridges
- Label and package customer orders for shipment
- Identify and resolve any assembly or technical issues that may arise during the production process
- Work closely with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders
- Perform other production-related duties as needed
