Key responsibilities: Translate ambiguous client questions into clear research proposals and methodologies Design human-data collection strategies and evaluation protocols across multimodal domains Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights and client-ready reportsRequired qualifications 3-5+ years of relevant research experience with a Master's, PhD, or equivalent in HCI, Human-Centered AI, ML, or design research Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, particularly in human evaluation and experimentation Proven ability to independently design and execute rigorous research methodologies Experience analyzing data using Python and/or SQL Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining research rigor
