This opportunity begins as a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and a performance-based pathway to a salaried, full-time position. We're looking for confident sales professionals who know how to open doors, build relationships, and close business.
What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing.
Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at leading companies.
Identify hiring needs and position our staffing and talent solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and business development meetings.
Partner with recruiters to deliver qualified talent and successful placements.
Manage sales activity, pipeline, and client relationships through CRM tools.
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of sales or business development experience.
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
Staffing, recruiting, creative, marketing, or technology industry experience is a plus.
Compensation & Growth:
Initial 90 Days 100% commission-based compensation.
Uncapped earning potential.

Potential Full-Time Conversion
Base salary:
$40,000–$75,000 DOE.Uncapped commissions. Medical, dental, and vision benefits. Paid time off. Additional incentives and leadership growth opportunities. Full-time conversion is performance-based and not guaranteed.
