POSITION OVERVIEW:
Manage full life cycle of sustainability projects — feasibility, design, budgeting, execution, start-up. Develop sustainability strategies and ESG initiatives (LEED, GRI, SASB, etc.).Lead project engineering and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. Mentor junior staff and oversee contractors. Frequent travel to company sites (up to 40%).
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
Experience:
5+ years in capital project management in chemical manufacturing (sustainability/utility focus preferred).Experience in sustainability planning & reporting. Strong project management, troubleshooting, and Lean/5S/Root-Cause Analysis knowledge. Familiarity with OSHA standards; SAP experience preferred. Advanced MS Office skills, excellent organizational and communication skills. Physical ability for plant/site work, including climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and PPE use.
