Pay: $18.00
Schedule: Primarily 8-hour shifts, occasional 12-hour shifts depending on production needs
Overtime: Available

Job Description:
Abundant Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors for a manufacturing facility specializing in junction boxes used in solar products. This position is responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, documenting inspection results, and working closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect in-process and finished products according to established quality standards. Check product appearance, dimensions, labels, and packaging against defects, damage, and products that do not meet quality requirements. Accurately document inspection results and report quality concerns. Separate nonconforming products according to established procedures. Communicate quality issues to production employees and supervisors. Perform follow-up inspections and re-inspections as directed. Properly use and maintain inspection tools. Maintain an organized work area and follow safety procedures.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
Ability to follow inspection standards and written work instructions.
Accurate documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to communicate quality concerns promptly.
Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
Preferred:
Previous factory quality control, product inspection, or related manufacturing experience.
Language:
