Process Technician Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Process Technicians for a plastics manufacturing company in Grand Rapids, MN. In this role, you'll help support and optimize extrusion production processes while ensuring high-quality products and efficient operations. Start up, shut down, and perform changeovers on extrusion lines Monitor and optimize extrusion line performance to maintain peak efficiency Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, and production issues Ensure plastic sheets and rolls meet customer specifications and company quality standards Train and support team members on production processes and procedures Maintain accurate production records, including employee time allocation to manufacturing orders Follow quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements while supporting continuous improvement efforts At least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience Ability to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages Ability to read, interpret, and communicate customer and industry documentation effectively Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPEAbility to pass a criminal background check and verify authorization to work in the United StatesEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
