Machine Operator

Machine Operator – Cable Manufacturing: Join a growing manufacturing team where quality, safety, and teamwork matter. We’re looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants an opportunity to grow their manufacturing skills.

What You’ll Do: Set up and operate cable manufacturing equipment at required production speeds. Monitor equipment and maintain required tolerances and specifications. Perform in-process testing and quality inspections. Load and unload reels and materials. Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Read and follow production instructions, blueprints, schematics, and work procedures. Assist on other production lines as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Identify quality issues and assist with rework when necessary.

What We’re Looking For: Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Ability to understand and follow production specifications and procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment.
