Job Summary:
Newbold Services is hiring Industrial Assemblers for our Forest City, NC plant. We are looking for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and calibrate machines to begin production cycles
- Control and adjust machine settings such as speed
- Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools
- Periodically test machine operation
- Troubleshoot and fix issues during shifts
- Monitor and check output for errors or defects
- Maintain production records and activity logs
- Ideal Candidate Should:
- Be productive in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong work ethic and attention to quality
- Be respectful and work well on a team
- Be capable of working independently when needed
- Be able to lift 25–45 lbs consistently
- Be willing to work overtime as needed
Job Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience (6 months or more) is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train motivated individuals Opportunities for advancement available
