Door Experience Concierge — Where Safety, Standards, and Hospitality MeetThis role is for people who lead with awareness, integrity, and calm confidence.
Pay:
$22-$27/hrYou understand that the first impression sets the tone — and hospitality starts the moment a guest arrives. You're warm, naturally observant, read rooms, notice patterns, and notice things to be able to step in before situations escalate. As a Door Experience Concierge, you're the first and last impression of our guest experience. You protect standards, ensure safety, and help guests feel welcomed, respected, and at ease. Your 3rd Spot is a Social Experience Club™ designed for connection. More than a night out, it's an immersive space where people discover new experiences and come alive together. Guests unlock access to curated games and analog interactions with an Experiences Pass, then "Taste & Connect" through small plates and a beverage program showcasing elevated, creative cocktails, honest pours, and zero-proof options. Technology simplifies the journey so our team can focus on hospitality. Every element is designed to create moments that become memories. A proximity-based membership deepens community ties and turns loyal guests into advocates with daily entry, regular connection events, guest passes and more included.
