In partnership with Instructional Designers, develop training programs for key stakeholders involved in the supply chain. Using your communication skills, articulate what great looks like in the supply chain, and create a coalition that supports change and optimization of the supply chain. Develop Process Maps and Value Stream Maps to illustrate the current state and illustrate opportunities to create value. Publish recommendations and reports for our clients in support of supply chain improvement initiatives. Design and implement performance metrics and dashboards to track supply chain trends and actions to improve performance. A proven track record improving supply chain performance in an MRO environment. Work with the transit supply community reducing lead times. Experience reducing stock-outs and improving parts forecasting capabilities. Use of data to identify improvement opportunities, and benchmark against peer organizations.
