Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with rental agreements, reservations, and vehicle selectionProcess rental contracts, payments, and returns accurately and efficientlyInspect vehicles for damage before and after each rental and document findingsThoroughly clean, wash, vacuum, and detail rental vehicles to fleet standardsMaintain vehicle lot organization and ensure cars are rental-ready at all timesAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional mannerCoordinate with team members to manage vehicle availability and turnaround timesRequirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrevious customer service experience preferredExperience in auto detailing or vehicle cleaning is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethicBasic computer skills for processing rentals and reservationsAbout Us: I&I Car Rentals is a trusted local car rental provider serving the McKinleyville, CA community and surrounding areas.
