Mate & Vessel Lead: Voyage Planning & Crew Training

Curtin Maritime is seeking skilled Mate I, II, and III to work with the Port Captain and Vessel Captain, upholding the Curtin Standard onboard and ashore. You will apply efficiency, integrity, and innovation in every task and improve vessel performance and safety. The role covers assisting the Captain, training crew, voyage planning, and maintaining high morale among the crew, with a focus on compliance and reporting using the Vessel Management System.
