As an Event Staff Member / Banquet Server, you’ll play a critical role in delivering memorable event experiences for guests—from intimate celebrations to large-scale banquets. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Event Execution & Guest ExperienceSet up and break down event spaces, including placement of tables, chairs, linens, signage, and equipmentGreet and direct guests, offering a warm and welcoming experienceProvide high-touch banquet service, ensuring food and beverage delivery meets Chetola’s standardsAssist with buffet or plated meal service, beverage stations, and clearing service itemsMonitor event spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout eventsAddress guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesyFollow safety, sanitation, and service protocols to ensure smooth execution of each eventCollaborate with event coordinators, vendors, and fellow team members to meet client expectationsRequirements: ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN ACTIONAt Chetola Resort, unforgettable events are built on precision, consistency, and care.
