Shelter Guest Services Navigator

Pine Street Inn is seeking a Guest Service Specialist for the Shattuck Shelter, on-site 40 hours weekly. The role focuses on helping guests learn about and access emergency shelter, food, clothing, and housing services while maintaining a safe environment. The position requires strong communication, front-desk experience, and the ability to work with individuals facing homelessness; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Salary ranges from $21.40 to $30.00 per hour DOE.
