The Role:
We are looking for an Advisor with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and ideally the ability to transition client relationships to this platform. While an existing book of business is highly valued, this role also offers:
A competitive base salary plus upside in performance-based compensation.
The potential for equity ownership as the firm continues to grow.
Clear succession planning opportunities to inherit and lead client relationships over time.
A path to leadership responsibilities within the advisory team.
Advisors will be supported by a dedicated platform that includes family office services, in-house specialists, and a collaborative team environment designed to help you serve clients at the highest level.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive wealth management and holistic planning services to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Advise on investment strategy, estate planning, philanthropy, and multi-generational family needs.
Transition client relationships to the firm, leveraging its expanded platform and resources.
Partner with internal specialists to deliver an integrated family office experience.
Serve as a trusted relationship manager, acting as the central advisor for clients and their families.
Contribute to the growth and direction of the firm through leadership and potential equity participation.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Private Banker, or in a related advisory role.
Strong track record of developing and maintaining UHNW client relationships.
Ability to transition an existing client base is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of investment management, estate/tax planning concepts, and holistic wealth planning.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
CFP, CFA, JD, or other advanced credentials preferred.
Why This Firm?
A collaborative, team-first culture with no silos.
Access to a broad family office platform — investments, planning, governance, philanthropy.
Leadership and equity opportunities not typically offered at larger institutions.
The chance to be part of a growing, entrepreneurial, top-tier Multi-Family Office that values long-term partnerships with its advisors and clients.
