Security Host

What you'll do: Welcome guests and maintain a visible, approachable security presence in the lounge Monitor guest entry and general activity, including respectful enforcement of venue rules Handle minor issues calmly and professionally, escalating concerns as appropriate Support staff during busy periods to keep the lounge organized and guest flow moving Observe and report incidents, unusual behavior, or safety concerns promptly Maintain a safe environment by staying alert to capacity, crowd movement, and overall conduct Assist in the managing of reservations and the booking of reservations
