Home Health Recruiter Coordinator Build Care Teams

Homewatch of Princeton/ Bridgewater is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to lead our recruitment of DSPs and Home Health Aides. The role requires collaboration, multi-tasking, and a compassionate approach to client care. You will develop local recruiting plans, source candidates, and manage interviews, background checks, and new-hire paperwork. On-call scheduling support is required once a month to handle contingencies.
