Senior Accountant - Tax

Job Responsibilities: Work closely with external CPA firms to coordinate tax compliance for family‐owned entities, investment partnerships, and real estate holdings. Assist with partnership tax matters, including Form 1065, Schedule K-1s, partner capital accounts, and tax basis tracking. Help coordinate estimated tax payments, filing deadlines, and information requests from external tax advisors. Support tax planning projects and investment‐related transactions alongside outside tax advisors and internal leadership. Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‐end close activities for multiple entities. Maintain accounting records for investment partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and other family investment vehicles.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Strong partnership tax background, including exposure to Form 1065, Schedule K-1s, partner capital accounts, and tax basis concepts. CPA or progress toward CPA preferred. Big 4 or large national public accounting firm experience preferred. Prior private industry accounting experience is not required.
