Skilled Labor

Key requirements: Previous residential construction or skilled labor experience preferred. Experience assisting with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sheetrock, or carpentry is highly preferred. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions. Must be comfortable working in residential construction environments. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, climbing, and working in confined spaces when necessary. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Must be safety-conscious and willing to learn multiple trades.
