We are seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and overall readiness of a premier corporate workplace environment. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for facility operations, coordinating with building management, vendors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional workplace experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing building operations, work orders, preventive maintenance programs, vendor relationships, and life safety initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional who can maintain high workplace standards, resolve operational issues quickly, and support a seamless employee and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage facility operations, maintenance activities, and work order processes from intake through completion.
Oversee vendors, contractors, janitorial services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
Conduct facility inspections and ensure workplace readiness, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Lead life safety programs, emergency preparedness efforts, incident response, and compliance initiatives.
Partner with building management, engineering teams, and internal departments to support workplace operations and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of facilities, building operations, property management, or workplace services experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, building systems, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
Experience managing work order systems, service requests, and facility-related projects.
Understanding of workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and life safety compliance.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
Travel:
