Staff Accountant - Full Time

We are looking for a Staff Accountant who will support the accounting operations of a multi-unit hospitality restaurant group. Reporting to the Controller, this role will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain general ledger integrity, support month-end close, and assist with operational accounting across multiple restaurant locations. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Reconcile daily sales reports and POS systems across multiple restaurant locations Assist operations managers with financial reporting questions Prepare and file city/state monthly sales tax returns Ensure deadlines are met for timely financial reporting Bachelor's degree in Accounting~2-4 years of accounting experience (restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail preferred)~ Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks Online, Restaurant365, NetSuite, Sage, etc.)~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel~ Opportunity to be a part of accounting team being built from the ground up
